While we try our best to satisfy our customers with our designs, we understand that sometimes a specific style or fit does not meet your expectations. That is why we accepts returns for store credit and even exchanges without a re-stocking fee!

At the time of order it is required to state your wear date for the item ordered. Once you have placed an order you may not cancel your order unless the item ordered is not able to be delivered prior to your wear date. Products ordered and then refused by a customer at their address will incur an automatic 30% re-stocking fee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise for store credit or for an exchange only. You must contact us within 2 days (from the date the item is received) via email to Atria.returns@Gmail .com with your order number. A reply with the return authorization number will be emailed to you within 24 hours during business days. Please Note: All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 3 days of your receipt date and prior to your stated wear date. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 3 days of your receipt date, shipped on or following stated wear date and/or without a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.

Returned goods must be returned in original condition. We 100% inspect all items we ship out to insure there are no damages. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, and must have all original tags attached and be in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom order dress and gowns:

All custom dresses are design to your specific measurements and color of choice so therefore under no circumstances will we accept returns for confirmed customer sized, color, or customer self designed dress. Custom dresses are very difficult and almost impossible to resell.

Items on Sale:

Any items on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged. These sales are final.
